MASTER CLASS DESIGN
The Prospects Master Class is designed for players who have a strong intrinsic desire to improve their game from one season to the next. Whether your goal is to play Pro Hockey or make your Varsity High School team; the Master Class will teach you how it's done. The best investment a player can make is an investment in Themselves!
ICE SESSIONS
Individual skill development refining proper techniques. Power Skating system development derived from former LA Kings NHL power skating coach. Passing, shooting and puck skills. Hockey specific conditioning. Small area games and battles. Position specific theory and concepts.
OFF-ICE TRAINING
Program developed from the theory's of the International Sports Science Association and iCE FiT Hockey; the former training company of the NHL's Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs.
Resistance Training teaching safety and building physical/ mental "Pain Tolerance". Power, Speed, and Agility work designed to help players become more explosive. Boxing Training to create confidence, footwork, and proprioception skills. Yoga to develop balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Soccer practice designed to work on balance, agility, leg conditioning and proprioception skills. Off-ice stickhandling training helping players develop elusiveness.
CLASSROOM
Designed to teach players how to enhance their "Machine" body. Applied Sciences broken down from the research studies of the International Sports Science Association. Nutrition, hypertrophy training, flexibility and more...
Mental preparation and confidence development using the power of the human mind. Positive thinking skills and adversity resistance. Development of the Central Nervous system and mind body connection.
GUIDANCE
Career Guidance based on real life hockey experiences, theories, and the knowledge of the hockey pathways. Individual parent/ student conferences and evaluations. Advising Service helping players Advance their career.
GIFTING MISSED SESSIONS
Hockey Master Class players are able to gift or have teammates substitute for them during planned sessions they are scheduled to miss.
